Starting from the top and working our way down you will find (1) pink sapphire, bezel set and .11ct. The sapphire is the center of a star shape pattern which contains (14) rose cut diamonds. Beyond the star you will see the most stunning reddish/cinnamon enamel work which has stripes running thru it. Next, will be (23) natural pearls measuring between 2.5 and 3.0mm.
