The 1 1/2" drop down incorporates a leaf design motif that runs from the top down to the sapphires. There are (2)  synthetic sapphires which are yellow and are oval cut with  12 prongs each at 12.56cttw. These earring are simply stunning and can be converted to pierced earrings very easily. The clips are 14 karat yellow gold and the drop downs are 10 karat yellow gold .
